Adult Faith Development

Here at First Unitarian Church, we encourage our members and friends to engage in a process of intentional personal spiritual growth. To assist with that process, we offer several structured opportunities for church members and friends to explore spiritual insights from a variety of sources. These opportunities are grouped in four different Paths:

Path to Social Responsibility
Path to Leadership

You may register on-line for any Adult Faith Development courses offered by First Unitarian Church that you would like to attend. Some courses have a required text, which can be purchased at the Adult Faith Development table after church on Sunday mornings. Some courses have a fee which covers the honorarium we offer to outside instructors. Some of the courses listed here are offered by other related organizations such as the Ohio-Meadville District or the Gamaliel Foundation.

You may find that becoming part of an ongoing affinity group would be a worthwhile way of engaging in a process of personal spiritual growth.
