Adult RE Registration Form

To register for any Adult Religious Education class, please complete this form (or its equivalent) and mail or bring it to the Church Office, together with a check for any registration fees. Checks made out to "First Unitarian Church" are the preferred form of payment. Registrations should be in the Office one week before the class begins. Please register early as there may be a space restriction. There will be no mail or telephone follow-up unless the class is canceled for any reason. You may also register on Sundays after worship at the Adult RE Registration Table.
