DESCRIPTION:The title of our October meeting is:"The Commons: A Different P
 erspective on Ownership and Stewardship."  We will watch a video presentat
 ion on expanding the idea of common resource ownership\, such as grazing l
 ands\, fisheries\, apartment houses\, parks\, to become an important compo
 nent of national and international economic and social organization.  Then
  we will have a discussion of these ideas facilitated by Claus Makowka.  C
 laus led two successful discussion events last year\, so we can expect a s
 timulating evening.  In person and on-line\, but in-person is the most fun
