  Teachers and substitute volunteers are invited to the first of our 2 majo
 r gatherings of the year. This includes an up-to-date training on the chur
 ch safety policies\, especially concerning adults working with children an
 d youth. We also cover and distribute curriculum\, contact information\, r
 equesting a substitute\, and where to find the lesson plan calendar. This 
 event is mandatory for any adults who will be working with children in a t
