Qigong (chee-gong) is a mind-body practice that improves overall health and well-being. It includes gentle movements, breathing techniques, mindfulness and meditation. Beginners are welcome. The sessions are free. The instructor, Linda Archinaco, has been practicing and teaching Qigong for over 20 years.
