Join us for a morning of learning and conversation around the UUA’s proposed 8th Principle. Revised Sunshine J Wolfe will share the history leading up to its creation and its importance for living our UU values, committing to dismantling white supremacy, and building a truly Beloved Community. Cluster congregations that have adopted the 8th Principle will have a few moments to share their journeys. Breakout rooms will allow for reflection and discussion.
The first UUA-wide vote on adopting the 8th principle will be at 2023’s UUA General Assembly in Pittsburgh. Let our cluster be an informed voice in the conversation at that historic event.
