Sunday, May 18, 4:30-7:30 p.m. 4:30 p.m. Check-in (Sanctuary) 5:00 p.m. Annual Meeting (Sanctuary) 6:00 p.m. Potluck Dinner (Undercroft Gallery)   Our Annual Meeting is an important event where First Unitarian members vote on the newest members of our Board and the Nominating Committee and we recognize the contributions of our deeply committed staff and volunteers. We will also vote on an amendment to the Church Bylaws to clarify some language. All are Welcome! Only Members can vote. All voting members will be sent an email with instructions on voting. Voting will be available electronically (preferred), or in person. Instructions for submitting an absentee ballot or proxy ballot are forthcoming. We hope to see you there!   We’ve launched an exciting campaign to make our church more welcoming, accessible, and sustainable. Planned improvements include energy-efficient heating and cooling, upgraded lighting and sound, a modern video system, outdoor enhancements, and a long-term endowment. We invite every member to attend a small group meeting to learn more and get involved. Learn more.
