The school in India we’ve been sponsoring since 2003 is bursting at the seams, and they are making great progress in building additional classrooms. Our India contact shared earlier this year that grades 6, 7, and 9 now have two sections, each with 85, 62, and 80+ students, respectively. It’s unclear how they have been managing, but we just saw photos of the expansion in progress. The original two classrooms that we funded to begin the Higher Secondary School in 2016 (grades 11 and 12) are in the bottom right corner of the photo.
