Title: Recent and Upcoming Supreme Court Cases

Tom spoke to us last March on the same topic.  But in June there was a flurry of important decisions, and major cases of interest are on the docket for the current Court year. Tom will discuss the significance of some recent past decisions and speculate on a few cases yet to be heard at the Humanist Group November Meeting.

Tom Allem was for many years a Partner in a large international law firm with headquarters in Pittsburgh.  After retirement he found a new way to use his talents as a speaker and his broad legal knowledge to give courses in the Pitt Osher program for older people in the community. His courses have been hugely popular, with the hundreds of enrollees.
