Thank You to Our Generous Donors!

Khasi Hills Partnership thanks our generous donors; we are very close to reaching our goal to cover the salaries of the two teachers we sponsor at the Annie Margaret Barr Higher Secondary School in India’s Khasi Hills.

If you haven’t yet made your final contribution to the 2025–2026 fund drive, please do so as soon as you can. We send the funds in early June. Contribute online (select “Khasi Hills Sponsorship Fund” from the dropdown list) or mail a check to the church with “Khasi Hills” in the subject line.

Due to high enrollment for the next school year, all four high school classes will be split into two sections. The school is hoping to build a new kitchen; we look forward to seeing photos when it’s finished. Also, a donor has funded a part-time music teacher – the school’s first!

Our minister, Rev. Kate Walker, had planned to visit our partners during her sabbatical. Unfortunately, her trip was canceled due to visa complications, but she hopes to make the trip at a later time.
