Mindfulness practice

The events of the world can be traumatizing. The rushing around in your day can be overwhelming. Please come join us to practice Mindfulness. “Mindfulness is awareness that arises through paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgmentally,” says Kabat-Zinn. “And then I sometimes add, in the service of self-understanding and wisdom.” It is by using your breath coupled with mindfulness that calm can be achieved in your life. Our next practice will be June 29 th @ Noon in the FAHS room. Please feel free to invite a friend to our next meeting!
