Bio: David von Schlichten is Professor of Religious Studies and Coordinator of the Gender and Women’s Studies Program at Seton Hill University in Greensburg, PA. He holds a Doctor of Ministry, a Ph.D. in English Literature and Criticism, and an MFA in Writing Popular Fiction. Dave is married with two grown children and a nine-year-old granddaughter. Dave dreams of giving a TED Talk and is writing a memoir about the importance of cats to his life. He lives in Greensburg with his wife, son, and six cats.
