Our own Shelley Ross continues her visit to our Unitarian siblings in India’s Khasi Hills and the school we sponsor there. Shelley spoke at the inauguration of the school’s new rainwater harvesting facility. This project was funded by a UUA crowdsourcing campaign led by our church in collaboration with UU churches in Dallas and Atlanta. It will provide a consistent supply of drinking water for students and serve as a model for local villagers to create their own water supplies.
