The drive will formally wrap up on October 31. Shortly after that, members and friends with a current pledge will be “rolled over” to a new pledge amount for 2026. The new pledge will represent a 4.5% increase over their current pledge.
To accept your “rollover pledge,” there is nothing you need to do immediately. But changing it is totally OK! You can change it in one of two ways:
– Complete and submit the form at first-unitarian-pgh.org/pledge
– Write your desired 2026 pledge amount on the form on the reverse side of the pledge letter you received in the mail. Return the form in the offering plate or mail it to the church office (605 Morewood Ave., Pittsbugh, PA 15213)
– Please do this by October 31!
If you have NOT received a letter or an email about pledging for 2026, please reach out ASAP to stewardship@first-unitarian-pgh.org.
If you don’t currently pledge, we ask you to consider doing so! Pledging helps the church more accurately predict annual income and balance income and expenses. If you have questions about pledging, please reach out to stewardship@first-unitarian-pgh.org.
Your pledge is vital to helping our beloved community thrive in the coming year. Pledges support 83% of our annual operating budget. Every pledge – no matter the amount – is welcome and appreciated. Thank you for your generosity!

Q. What’s a Fair Share pledge?
A. At First Unitarian, we define a Fair Share pledge as 3% to 5% of your household income as you define it. For every $10,000 of income, the Fair Share range is $300 to $500. Many members can and do give more than 5%. However, we understand that our members’ life circumstances vary, and we do not expect you to place an undue hardship on yourself to support the church. After thoughtfully considering your circumstances, we ask you to pledge an amount that brings you joy —the joy that comes with supporting the values that matter most to you.
