The Sewing Circle met for the first time in November and made 21 colorful pillowcases that will be given to Children’s Hospital. Folks who attended had a great time sewing and ironing and getting to know each other. We will do this again on Thursday afternoon, December 1. Bring your sewing machine, or let Barb or Annie know that you would like a loaner machine. A couple of loaners will be made available). We will teach you how to make these colorful pillowcases; we will even help you learn to sew a bit. Of come and be an ironer, or just check in with us briefly to see what we are doing so you can think about being part of such a group in the future.
