“Walking a Labyrinth: A moving meditation and a spiritual practice”

Livestreamed at 10:30 am A labyrinth has a single path. We walk into the center, linger in the center, and then take the same path when walking out. A labyrinth walker may experience the three R’s — Releasing, Reflecting, and Returning. As we walk with intention, we allow our minds to quiet, and we become more centered.

July’s share the plate recipient is Tree Pittsburgh. An environmental non-profit organization dedicated to building community by restoring the urban forest through tree planting and care, education, advocacy, and land conservation.
