Welcome to First Unitarian Church of Pittsburgh

This Sunday

“Hope and Creativity Take a Walk”

Also livestreamed on YouTube. The Theme of the Month for November is Creativity. One of my favorite places to dwell is a creative space.  That is where I find hope, sometimes hidden under discarded skepticism, just waiting for me to pick it up and rediscover the future.

Order of Service

Faith in Action

Rooted in our powerful religious history of both just action and faithful dissent, Unitarian Universalists today stake our faith tradition on the urgent call to act for liberation in this country, including through civil disobedience, noncompliance and direct actions of protest when needed. This commitment is essential to sustain the integrity of our UU religious values of justice, equity, and interdependence; to protect our Constitutional rights and freedoms; and to honor the pluralism of a democratic society.
